Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. Some of the same strokes are used as classic massage therapy. Still, the movement is slower, and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on tension and pain areas to reach the sub-layer of muscles and the fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles).

The treatment aims to identify any possible blockages in the guest, using crystals, essential oil blends, massage, and energetic techniques. Cranial Sacral: 60min €60 - 90min €85
Cranial sacral therapy (CST) is sometimes also referred to as craniosacral therapy. It’s a type of bodywork that relieves compression in the bones of the head, sacrum (a triangular bone in the lower back), and spinal column. CST is noninvasive. It uses gentle pressure on the head, neck, and back to relieve the stress and pain caused by compression. It can, as a result, help to treat several conditions. It’s thought that through the gentle manipulation of the bones in the skull, spine, and pelvis, the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the central nervous system can be normalized. This removes “blockages” from the normal flow, which enhances the body’s ability to heal.
Violet Ray & Light Therapy Session: 60min €60
In applying the Violet Ray in skincare, the current produces an agreeable tingling on the skin’s surface as it increases oxygenation in the form of Ozone (O3). Because of the active oxygen’s negative charge, it combines with the filth in the body, oxidizing it, then be flushed out in the bloodstream.
Reflexology: 60min €60 - 90min €85
Reflexology rests on the ancient Chinese belief in qi (pronounced “chee”), or “vital energy.” According to this belief, qi flows through each person. When a person feels stressed, their body blocks qi. This can cause an imbalance in the body that leads to illness. Reflexology aims to keep qi flowing through the body, keeping it balanced and disease-free. In Chinese medicine, different body parts correspond with different pressure points on the body. Reflexologists use maps of these points in the feet, hands, and ears to determine where they should apply pressure.
Hopi Ear Candling: 25min €35
The candles work on a chimney principle, drawing any impurities to the surface where they can be gently removed. They equalize the pressure in the head and ears, making them suitable for most conditions. The secretion flow is gently stimulated, and the vapor collects and removes impurities or deposits. Most of these are carried away through the candle “chimney”, although some of them can be found in the condensed candle wax residue after removal from the ear, or could even work their way up to the surface 24-48 hours after.
